I lead an occasionally interesting life filled with adventures and a lot of naps, rarely at the same time. I am simultaneously an emerging business professional/success story and a secretly immature kid at heart. I am an old soul and a modern "hipster", apparently. I am a contradiction, but not.

Let your stalking begin. Expect discussions of coffee, philosophy, music postings and images of the things I am interested in being reblogged because I am too lazy to develop original internet content.

I HEARD a thousand blended notes,
While in a grove I sate reclined,
In that sweet mood when pleasant thoughts
Bring sad thoughts to the mind.

To her fair works did Nature link
The human soul that through me ran;
And much it grieved my heart to think
What man has made of man.

Through primrose tufts, in that green bower,
The periwinkle trailed its wreaths; 10
And ‘tis my faith that every flower
Enjoys the air it breathes.

The birds around me hopped and played,
Their thoughts I cannot measure:—
But the least motion which they made
It seemed a thrill of pleasure.

The budding twigs spread out their fan,
To catch the breezy air;
And I must think, do all I can,
That there was pleasure there. 20

If this belief from heaven be sent,
If such be Nature’s holy plan,
Have I not reason to lament
What man has made of man?

I am sufficiently relaxed and happy. Also, Charleston is a fantastic city, the south is drawing me in and I’m fine with that. About to spend the day eating seafood and committing shenanigans in Charleston, followed by what can only be a lovely evening of drinking amongst the 9 other people I have been living with in one ocean-front bungalow deal.

Also, I’m growing my beard back in for a short time. Self-serving pictures to follow within a day or two.

My home for the next week, a sweet Villa on the beachfront in South Carolina. Spring Break with University of Delaware kids.
