What is the threshold, in quantity, of confetti that turns the use of confetti from sad to boisterous and celebratory?
Each piece of confetti on its own is just garbage. If I dropped 4-5 pieces of paper from my second story window, someone below would just look up and be like, “what a dick.” At what number of individual pieces of colored paper would I go from being a pain in the ass...
